The Flatmagic Story

Flatmagic Tyre Sealant is an Australian own and operated family business, with its operation based on 3 acres in Junortoun central Victoria.

The McGlashan family and staff have been working closely side by side with a variety of chemists through the developing stages of flatmagic, Over the years they have gained a wealth of knowledge with the product that has been passed on through to there customers,and there suppliers in the tyre sealant industry.   

Flatmagic in its early stage of development and testing, with its main mixing apparatuses being an old modified honey extractor that was hand operated, that could only produce approximately 80 litres at a time.

Flatmagic is now using in its operation state of the art stainless steel vats that are temperature controlled, in the way that it makes the PH levels to be consistent which allow the blend to cure at a more even rate. With the availability to now manufacture an out put of just under 8000 litres per day.
